| Podcasting enables you to listen to audio files at the time and place of your choosing. To begin, you must have podcasting software installed on your computer (see below for options). Follow your program's instructions for subscribing to podcasts and modifying preference settings for updates, for example daily or weekly. | Podcasts are made possible by the use of "Really Simple Syndication" or "RSS." RSS is an XML-based format for content distribution. Technosweat.com offers several RSS feeds for use in news readers, Web logs (blogs) and on iPods®. These feeds will include news, free music, special offers, and other features on our products and those of our affiliates. RSS feeds are free and Technosweat.com currently uses RSS 2.0.

| How to Access RSS Feeds In General |

There are a number of ways to access RSS feeds:
 You can install a news reader that displays RSS feeds from the web sites you select, enabling you to view
hundreds of RSS feeds at once. After installing the news reader, you can add each feed manually from
the web site by clicking on the "Subscribe" or the  button next to the feed.
An alternative to downloading a dedicated news reader is to use a Web-based news reader. For example,
 users can now add Technosweat RSS feeds directly to their personal page.
