INSTRUCTIONS:

     First, find the eligible songs by:

            choosing great workout songs from - Techno Sweat,
            going to - Our 3,500 Workout Song Database, or
            finding it on ITUNES ®.

     Second, DON'T BUY THE SONGS - just write down the artist's name and song title for each of the
       13-15 songs you want.

     Third, Click on "ADD TO CART" - a form will appear.

     Fourth, fill in the names of the artists, the song titles and indicate whether you want the spaces between
       the songs taken out.

     Finally, complete your order and pay.

Conditions:

     We will provide our songs or buy the songs on your behalf from iTunes® - that is why we must require that
        ALL SALES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

     You will only receive the completed compilation - you will NOT receive the individual songs.

     We will repair any damaged or defective downloadable mp3 files or CD we send you
        provided that we receive an email from you addressed to
        support@myworkoutalbum.com within 30 days of the date of purchase.

     We will NOT keep the individual songs or the compilation on our computers for
        more than 30 days.

     We will NOT resell either the songs or the compilation to anyone else.

     You understand and agree that we are only performing a service for you.

     By purchasing, you agree not to resell or distribute the downloadable mp3 file or any CD,
        or any portion thereof, that we send you to anyone else.
