| How to Shop at Our Online Store | |

Shopping online with TechnoSweat.com and MyWorkoutAlbum.com is a lot like shopping at a retail store - you browse our catalogue of products for the items you'd like, put them in a shopping basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area. The only difference is, we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week, ...and you don't have to put on shoes and leave the comfort of your home to shop!
So read on and find out how you can enjoy the shopping experience with our Online Store. |
| Step 1. Make Your Product Selections | |

The first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you'd like. As you browse you'll see 'Add/Buy' link. Once you've found the first product you'd like, simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add/Buy' link.
Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on your shopping page. And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and put them back on the shelves. |
| Step 2. Proceed to the Check Out | |

Once you've decided upon your selection and checked your basket, you proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking "Check Out". At this point you must decide whether you want to register with us or just place your order without registration. Registration means that you don't need to complete your details again if you order from us in the future. If you register, you will be eligible for free purchases. See details on our website. This action takes you to page where we need some extra details to complete the order, such as your name and address, so we know where to send goods that are to be shipped.
Most of our items will be available for download, so you can receive them within minutes. An email will be sent with a download link within 5 minutes so that you can access your purchase and go work out!!
Shipping - For items requiring shipping, the shipping charges will appear in your order. Shipping outside the USA will be more expensive. We ONLY ship US domestic and international mail. Shipping and handling charges are computed from Carlsbad, California USA, unless they are shown to be a flat amount regardless of shipping address. Sales Tax - we charge sales tax only for CDs and only if they are shipped to California, USA addresses. We do not charge sales tax on downloads. This could change as domestic and international laws on internet sales change. Also, be aware that some locations may charge use taxes on items received from out-of-state or out-of-country. Those are the customer's responsibility, not ours. |
| Step 3. Submit your Order | |

You can pay online by entering your credit card information or by using PayPal.
Once we have confirmed that your credit card (or PayPal account) is valid, you will receive two emails: the first will confirm your order; the second will give you your download links, if you have ordered downloadable goods.
We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little confusing so if you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the ordering process please contact us and we'll try to help you out.

Step 4. Problems With Your Order
We pride ourselves on our customer service, so if you have any problems with your order, either email us at info@technosweat.com, or call us TOLL-FREE at 866-227-9595.
Returns:
1. Downloadable Albums - we don't allow returns on downloadable albums unless the file is someho corrupted when you receive your email link. This has never happened, but there is a first time for everything. Let us know if your file is corrupted. If you simply forgot to download and the link has expired, we will extend it indefinitely, so let us know.
2. CDs - we carefully check each CD before it leaves our offices, but occasionally there are problems with the CDs. No worries. Lt us know and we'll ship you a replacement; no questions asked. You don;t even have to return the original. The shipping and handling for any replacement will be on us - you won't be charged.
3. Custom Downloads and CDs - we have an absolute NO REFUND policy on custom albums. Again, if the download file is currupted, we'll correct it. If a CD is defective, we'll replace it at no charge. But we can't refund the original cost, sales tax, shipping and handling. We do substitute a song if the originally selected song doesn't work. One only, so please be careful when assembling a custom album with music that YOU choose. | |
